Emmy Speech
"Um, this feels awfully strange. I didn't get the book to, beforehand, to help you know what to say, uh, thanks NBC, to the acadamy, um, this is so surreal right now! Uh, thanks to all my friends who I, like Megan said, steal every week from, and my family, and Max, David and Jimmy. We really do have the world's best writers, and thank God for you for putting such funny things in our mouths. And um, and to all the guys in my category, David Hyde Pierce, thank you for single-handedly nominating me last year. And um, and everybody. And especially to my mom, who raised five children by herself. This is for you. Thanks."
Sean won the Emmy in 2000 for Oustanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series for his work on Will & Grace.
