Here's a short interview with Sean where he talks about his new movie, Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore.

Sean will be on The Late Show With David Letterman this Friday, June 11th at 11:35pm on CBS.

Sean Hayes, a 2010 Tony nominee for his performance in Promises, Promises, will host the 64th Annual Antoinette Perry "Tony" Awards on June 13 live from Radio City Music Hall.

In a statement the Emmy-winning "Will & Grace" star said, "I am absolutely thrilled to be hosting the Tony Awards. As the new guy on Broadway, it's an honor to be included in the established alumni."

The Tony Awards will air live on CBS from 8-11 PM ET. The Tonys are presented by The Broadway League and The American Theatre Wing.

The evening will be executive produced by Ricky Kirshner and Glenn Weiss of White Cherry Entertainment.

Producer Weiss added, "We couldn’t be more excited about Sean carrying on the tradition of excellent hosts, for the Tony Awards. Sean's humor, charm and natural ability on the stage will make an already great show, even better." [READ MORE]

Broadway World has just learned that a secret, closed door reading took place this weekend for the musical Promises, Promises.

Several big names in the Broadway world were in attendance, and some big named actors as well.

And the reading just happened to be starring Sean Hayes and Anne Hathaway.

According to inside sources, their performance and singing impressed everyone this weekend.

As for the musical, it is actually a comedy based on the film The Apartment by Billy Wilder. The original show ran on Broadway from 1968 until 1972 with a total of 1,281 performances. And it has never had a proper revival!

So if all goes well and the musical gets picked up, let's hope Sean decides to join the cast.
